Return Policy

We don't accept used items for exchange or return.
No refunds or changes are made unless there is a defect in the products and sending wrong products.        
Returns will not be accepted for any other reason after 3 days from the date of delivery. 
You must submit your product return request on the day you receive your order. 
Returns made without our knowledge will not be accepted.
Shipping fee belongs to the sender for Return & Exchange.
If the products you bought meet the return requirements, you can request a refund or exchange within 14 days by paying shipping fee.
Receiver pays duty/taxes if it is needed.
The right of return, exchange and withdrawal is not accepted for arbitrary reasons, except for a seller-induced error or failure to send a defective    product, taking into account the pandemic conditions. Since the products belonging to the brand are coated, it is not possible to disinfect and re   -send them to a different buyer, so unless there is a seller-induced defect (defective / defective product shipment, breakage during shipping       etc.),  there is no right to return, change and withdraw.
If the receiver doesn't accept to pay shipping cost and custom tax when the order arrive to sender country, we don't accept returns for abroad orders.

Returns and refunds are not accepted on wholesale orders.
