Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ) is 250 $.

There is no limitation on quantities, you can choose any item you want, just total amount needs to be 250 $ for the first order.

For your next wholesale purchases, MOQ is 150 $.

What are your Return & Exchange conditions?

There are no returns or exchanges for wholesale. However, we offer a return guarantee if there is any defective product when the products you purchased arrive.

How much is the shipping cost for Wholesale?

The shipping cost belongs to the countries. We are working with DHL Express, delivery time 2-3 days after shipping. The Shipping cost is 40 $ for European countries, 50 $ for other countries. If your order’s weight is more than 2 kg, then prices increase 10 $ more.

How many days is the delivery time?

What about Custom taxes and invoices?

Custom taxes are belong to the receiver. We help you on this process by declaring lower invoice if you want. We can prepare lower invoice so the custom tax amount will be much more lower than normal or free. It depends on countries' regulations. We send all order as Sample with DHL Express so custom transactions are much more practical and quicker.

We send you our Wholesale Price Catalog via Transfernow. You can see product codes and wholesale prices below the photos in the catalog. It is a huge PDF file, so you should check it on the PC. Additionally we send you Wholesale Info email that includes “Sample Order File”. You can fill it according to your own choices and send back us.

Which material you use on your jewelries and do they tarnish?

We use brass material and all is %100 handmade. Our jewelries are first class gold and rhodium plated over brass. Our jewelries don't tarnish. We don't recommend contact with water, chemicals and similar substances with high acid value. In case of contact, it should be dried quickly. If the products are kept in an airtight sealed box after used, they can be used for a much longer life. All are suitable for daily use. Our all rings are adjustable and very easy to use.
